Order System: Trial Order or Less Container Loading (LCL)
The LCL is buyer buy the furniture from supplier only few nits so the volume less than 1x20 ft container. The minimum order is 10 pieces and maximum is 60 pieces. It also can consolidate with your other suppliers.

Full Container Loading (FCL)
We will use FCL if the order more than 60 pieces. It can 1x20 ft container or 1x40 ft container depends on the quantity. The payment term is Telegraphic Transfer (T/T) or Letter Of Credit (L/C).

Packing System
We usually use the corrugated paper or single-face paper. We also use foam but it will raise additional cost.

Delivery Time
The delivery time will be depend on buyer. If consolidate with other companies, it should be have same delivery time.

FCL System

• 1x20 ft container, delivery time is 6 weeks or maximum 7 weeks after signing the contract and the 50% down payment or after we received the L/C.
• 1x40 ft container, delivery time is 7 weeks or maximum 8 weeks after signing the contract and the 50% down payment or after we received the L/C.

Complains or Claims
Any complain must be with the evidence, such as photographs. We need 3 photographs (it takes from front-side, side and back-side. Especially for chair, we also need the leg's photograph ) for each complained units.
We realize that complain could be arise because of the raw material is not good enough or the employee's negligence when takes the goods out from the container.
We will replace the complained furniture on next shipment.

Prices
Prices are always base on FOB-Semarang port of delivery and for full container load (FCL) only. For less container load (LCL) there will be an extra charge for handling and additional packing materials.
Our prices are for single colour, for mixed colours or bicolor there will be an extra charge. We use to review all our prices every six months and if there it has been increases in raw materials and labor, the percentages of it will be added. Any increase will have a three months notice period

Finishing
We have three different finished as (A) Melamine, (B) NC and (C) Lacquers and Wash technique. Price may change according to the above selected finishes.
We can accept Customer Own Colour (COC) base on customer colour sample. We will try our best to match the colour. However, we can not guarantee 100%. It is also normal that the colour for rattan pole is not exactly the same as rattan wicker though we use the same colour formula, due to the different ability of absorption of the two materials

Cushioning
Our price are EXCLUDE Cushion, but we can provide it with additional charge.

Loadability
Loadability mentioned on price list is only approximately and valid for single item in 1 X 40 container. For mixed or brand new items there it will be difference in plus or minus

Changes and Cancellation
Changes and cancellation can be accepted only prior our scheduled production, if changes and cancellation are done during production of original order, it can not be executed anymore.
